Address Hygiene
You'll enjoy more deliverable and targeted direct marketing campaigns with Worldata address hygiene services maintaining the integrity of your data. International and Canadian processing are also available.
- ZIP Correction insures that the address and city are correctly assigned to the proper ZIP Code
- Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) combines address standardization, ZIP+4 correction and append along with carrier route and line of travel coding using address ranges from the USPS. This applies to consumer and business addresses and is updated monthly.
- NCOAlink 48 month is compiled by the USPS and contains 48 months of move data. It is processed in order to remove your outdated addresses and replace them with current ones, and at the same time standardizing deliverable addresses. You will maximize the reach on your campaigns since NCOAlink is updated weekly. Also included are NCOAlink footnotes (formerly Nixies) which identify frequently known movers and those that are likely to move. This coding will save you money in wasted postage, since the records are flagged and you can drop those addresses where the recipient is no longer present.
- Locatable Address Correction Service (LACS) converts all rural format addresses to standard street addresses. The LACS database consists of address conversions that the USPS has obtained and verified, primarily as a result of Emergency 911 system implementation. This applies to consumer and business addresses and is updated monthly.
- Delivery Sequence File (DSF) contains every domestic deliverable address delivered to by the USPS allowing you to standardize records and qualify for higher postage discounts. In addition, addresses that cannot be standardized are flagged, enabling you to remove bad addresses on your file. This process applies to consumer and business addresses and is updated monthly.
- Address Element Correction (AEC) checks each address for accuracy and deliverability based on USPS standards, and corrects non-standardized addresses that can cause your mailings to be disqualified from postal discounts.
